The service
Worktold helps you capture work, review activities and time, and prepare work reports or, with Pro, client invoices. It is currently in development. Public availability, launch pricing, and final terms have not been announced.
The marketing website explains the app. It does not provide a browser account, worklog, or invoicing service.
Your work and your review
You are responsible for checking the accuracy and appropriateness of captures, times, rates, recipient details, reports, and invoices before approval or sharing. AI-generated wording can contain mistakes. Worktold is not a substitute for accounting, tax, legal, or professional advice.
Only enter information you have permission to use and share. Protect your sign-in credentials and do not use the service to access other people’s accounts, send unlawful content, or interfere with the service.
The intended content-ownership and limited service-processing license terms require the operator’s final approval. This draft does not grant a broad license to reuse your work for unrelated purposes.
Plans and payments
The current app has Free, Plus, and Pro capabilities. Public purchases are not yet available. When launched, the App Store and in-app purchase screen should show the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and any offer conditions before purchase.
Manage any Apple subscription through your Apple account. Cancellation and refund handling must follow applicable Apple terms and consumer rights. Deleting your Worktold account or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
The operator must decide and document whether Apple’s standard end-user license agreement or an approved custom agreement applies. The Apple standard agreement is linked for review; this draft does not claim a selection has been made.
Your account and deletion
Use the app’s data export to retain your account records, and keep any issued reports or invoices you need for your own obligations. Account deletion is available at the bottom of Profile. Read the deletion guidance and privacy draft.
Changes in plan preserve existing work and finalized documents, while access to some actions can change. Availability of third-party identity, email, AI, and payment services can affect related features.
Items requiring final approval
These terms are a preparation draft, not the final service agreement. Before publication, confirm the legal operator, contact address, eligibility and minimum age, content license, acceptable use, subscription and trial conditions, service availability commitments, suspension and termination rules, applicable warranties and liability terms, governing law and dispute process, consumer rights, change notices, and effective date.
