The work happens.
The details deserve to stay.

Worktold is an iPhone app for turning the fragments of a workday into a record you can understand and share.

The Worktold Collected symbol: three facets aligned into one shape

Your work, told.

A conversation. A site visit. An hour spent getting something right. A day’s work arrives in pieces.

Worktold starts with those pieces: your words, your projects, and your time. It helps organize them into a worklog, then into a report or client invoice you review before sharing.

Built around
your judgment.

The app can help reconstruct the day. You are the person who knows what really happened.

Your words remain the starting point.

Original transcripts stay available until you explicitly delete them. Review your capture before saving and choose whether to accept wording suggestions.

Approval is a deliberate step.

You check the day before creating a work report. Sharing and sending require your action.

Numbers belong to the app’s calculations.

Report and invoice totals are computed from work data and rates. The AI’s role is drafting prose.

Your history should stay yours.

Saved work survives plan changes. Account export, transcript deletion, and account deletion are available in the app.

A place for the different
work you do.

Use personal, employee, and contractor workspaces within one account. Worktold is being built for people working across projects, including professionals in the United States and Canada.
